No. All membership payments, including monthly payments and enrollment fees, are non-refundable.

A minimum 3-month commitment is required. Your membership will be charged automatically each month using the payment method on file.

Memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment. After the initial 3 months, you may cancel or freeze your membership by contacting our reception team.
4. Do you offer gift memberships?
Yes! You can purchase a gift certificate for the value of a membership and let the recipient know which tier you’ve selected. You may also contact our reception team, and we’ll assign the membership directly to the recipient for you.
5. Do members get early access to appointments?
Yes. During peak seasons and high-demand periods, select appointment dates may be released to members first. These dates may appear unavailable online, so please contact our reception team for access. Early access helps secure availability but does not guarantee a specific date or time.
6. Do I receive discounts as a member?
Yes. Once your monthly membership credit has been fully used, you’ll receive additional discounts on services and retail products based on your membership tier.

8. Do unused credits roll over to the next month?
No. Membership credits do not roll over and must be used within the billing cycle in which they are issued.

Your membership credit can be used toward any eligible service offered at Catalia, including Hair, Nails, Spa, and Med Spa services. There are no restrictions on service type as long as sufficient credit is available.
10. Can membership discounts be combined with other promotions or offers?
No. Membership discounts, credits, and benefits cannot be combined with any other promotions, specials, packages, or discounts.
11. Is there an enrollment fee?
Yes. A one-time enrollment fee applies when joining:
